Narrative is an AI video editor. This policy explains what we collect, why we hold it and the choices available to you.
1. Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive the account identifier, name, email address and profile image made available by Google. We also store your subscription status, basic device and request information, and the actions you take in the product.
2. How we use information
We use this information to operate your account, decide whether you have access to the editor, provide support, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and understand whether the product works correctly.
3. Payments
Checkout and recurring billing are hosted by Stripe. Narrative does not receive full payment-card details. Stripe processes the email address, plan and billing information you provide on its secure checkout page.
4. Cookies
Narrative uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember security and locale preferences. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
5. Sharing
We use service providers for authentication, database hosting, application delivery and payments. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect the service and its users.
6. Retention and security
Account and billing records are kept only as long as needed for the service, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Data is encrypted in transit and access to production systems is restricted.
7. Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@narrativeaivideoeditor.lol. Deleting your account also ends access associated with that account.
